Discover endless possibilities and inspiration with James as he takes you on an artistic journey. Students explore printmaking methods with a variety of papers and printmaking techniques. You will learn traditional block-printing, monotype, and mono-printing techniques from demonstrations. Creating your own stunning prints is the first step to producing a series of prints. Then participants will use sketching exercises and multi-layered printing to develop mixed-media collage works. All in a supportive environment. Because some sessions involve cutting linoleum and rubber with gouges and knives, special care and attention to the proper use of tools are required.
